CMT provides low cost drug and alcohol testing services that comply with all DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's rules & Regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

$100 payment by phone required for scheduling.

​Once payment has been made a CMT representative will direct you to the nearest available facility. You will also receive a digital authorization form with directions to your scheduled appointment facility. 

DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing

If you use vehicles that:

  • weigh more than 26,000 lbs.
  • carry more than 16 passengers
  • transport hazardous materials that need a placard

you are required to have a DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program!

If you fail to have a DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program or if your program fails to measure up to the DOT regulations, you are risking serious trouble.
